Anthony Barr spurns Jets agreement, returning to Vikings

Free agent linebacker Anthony Barr will stay with the Minnesota Vikings after verbally agreeing to a contract with the New York Jets.

The Minnesota Vikings will retain linebacker Anthony Barr after the star linebacker verbally agreed to a deal with the New York Jets late on Monday. The outside linebacker was considered one of the best defensive free agents. This was first reported by NFL Network’s Mike Garafolo.
