The first wave of 2019 NFL free agency has seen many big names come off the market, but who are the best players still available to be signed?

There were stars littered throughout the 2019 NFL free agency class as the new league year got underway, and there was a mad dash in the first wave of signings — beginning with the legal tampering period — to get those players inked to new deals. Subsequently, there was a lot of money thrown around and big names will be playing for new teams in the 2019 season.

Running back Le’Veon Bell is perhaps the biggest name that entered NFL free agency this offseason, but he waited a bit longer than others to sign. Ultimately, he landed with the New York Jets, as did stud linebacker C.J. Mosley as general manager Mike Maccagnan tries to build around franchise quarterback Sam Darnold.

Meanwhile, other players that will be suiting up for new teams include Earl Thomas (Baltimore Ravens), Trey Flowers (Detroit Lions), Landon Collins (Washington Redskins), Tyrann Mathieu (Kansas City Chiefs), Lamarcus Joyner (Oakland Raiders) and Nick Foles (Jacksonville Jaguars). These signings will obviously shake things up for both the new teams and the teams that lost these players.

Having said that, there are still several dominoes that have yet to fall in 2019 NFL free agency. Part of that is due to several players that were released late in the process after teams looked for potential trades and part of it is just that some players have yet to sign a new contract. Either way, there are still players available that can help an NFL team in the upcoming season.

Some guys not mentioned on this list include Jamie Collins, T.J. Lang, Shane Ray and Clay Matthews, among others, that have still yet to sign. However, looking at what teams who still have moves to make can work with, these are the 10 best players still available in 2019 NFL free agency after the first big wave of signings.
