1. Rosen arguably deserves another chance

Originally, the plan for the Cardinals last season was to have Rosen spend his rookie campaign learning from the sidelines while Sam Bradford filled in for the meantime to help Arizona return to their winning ways after missing out on the playoffs two years in a row.

Instead, Bradford quickly turned out to be a bust under center, and the Cardinals would throw Rosen into the mix earlier than expected by having him start the final 13 games of the 2018 season.

Like most rookie quarterbacks, Rosen experienced all sorts of struggles, but also the case can be made this wasn’t entirely his fault since Arizona didn’t exactly put him in the best position possible to succeed on offense.

Blaming Rosen for what took place with the Cardinals last season is completely unfair, and every football fan knows it after taking a closer look at what exactly he had to work with, whether it was the offensive line or lack of weapons in the passing game.

Of course, if Arizona did decide to move on from Rosen, this wouldn’t necessarily mean they didn’t believe in his ability at quarterback, but more so that Murray seems to have more potential, and is simply too good to pass up on during this year’s draft.
