9. Buffalo Bills: D.K. Metcalf, WR, Ole Miss

No player excited fans — or NFL Network analysts — quite the way D.K. Metcalf did. Already expected to test off the charts, Metcalf showed up chiseled and shaped like a Greek god. There were rumors of less than two-percent body fat, but thankfully that was found out to be an exaggeration because if it were true, he would be in terrible health.

Besides just looking the part, Metcalf also displayed some insane athleticism and strength. He was able to get 27 reps in the bench press, which showed up many linemen. He isn’t just a strong player though as he hit an impressive 40.5 inches on the vertical jump as well.

However, it was his 40-yard dash time that really turned heads. Metcalf put up a time of 4.33 seconds, which is insane for someone who is 6-3 and 228-pounds. Already looking like the top wideout in the class, that performance cemented it and Metcalf goes to the Buffalo Bills at No. 9 here.

Far from a finished product, Metcalf has a lot to work on with his route running. Most of his production came on go-routes, so he will need to expand his tree. Still, the prospect of his speed and Josh Allen’s cannon for an arm is enough to get any Bills fan ready for this season.
