53. Philadelphia Eagles (via Baltimore Ravens): Kris Boyd, CB, Texas

Last season, the Eagles really struggled to make stops in the passing game. They’ve dedicated some decent draft resources into the spot but aren’t where they want to be. At No. 53, they take Kris Boyd out of Texas who should become a starter for them. He won’t register a ton of turnovers, but he’s very hard to complete passes on which is just as important.

54. Houston Texans (via Seattle Seahawks): Damien Harris, RB, Alabama

D’Onta Foreman hopes to be healthy and ready to roll, but the Texans would be wise to add someone else just in case. They also need to be ready to move on from Lamar Miller. That’s why they grab Damien Harris here, who falls down boards thanks to the emergence of Josh Jacobs. He shouldn’t though because he’s still incredibly talented.

55. Houston Texans: Taylor Rapp, S, Washington

Houston gets back-to-back picks here and with their No. 55 selection they take Taylor Rapp who will replace Tyrann Mathieu. Rapp is a violent hitter who excels as a strong safety but still is no slouch against the pass.

56. New England Patriots (via Chicago Bears): Greg Little, OT, Ole Miss

The Patriots lost Trent Brown and LaAdrian Waddle in free agency. They will replace those roster spots with Isaiah Wynn — who missed 2018 with a torn Achilles — and Greg Little who they take here. Little has a ton of great film out there but slides thanks to subpar workouts.
