Round 4: Garrett Bradbury, IOL, North Carolina State

Garrett Bradbury gives Jacksonville a real back up Brandon Linder. Bradbury is a big presence on the offensive line. He stands 6-3, weighing 306 pounds.

Last season, Linder was placed on the injured reserve list in November. Jacksonville scrambled to fill his role by moving Tyler Shatley to center. Bradbury fills that role and more as a true center. Drafting Bradbury gives the Jaguars the option of moving Linder back to the guard position. He was drafted as a guard by the Jaguars in 2014. Linder moved the next season to center.

Bradbury performed well at the NFL Combine. He ran a 4.92-second 40 yard dash and bench pressed 225 pounds 34 times. According to NFL.com, Jacksonville can expect the following from Bradbury:

"Bradbury’s body control, core strength, movement skills and intelligence check very important boxes for teams looking for immediate center help. His pass-pro tape against Clemson proves he can hold his own against a variety of pass-rush flavors while his strength and athleticism make him scheme flexible. He is a candidate to become an early and long-time starter in the league."

Marrone loves multiple position linemen. The selection of Bradbury gives him one more moving piece with Linder. This would give the Jaguars two tried and true players to snap the ball to Foles.

Jacksonville does not have a fifth round pick. They have two picks left unless a deal is made on draft day.
