Round 6: Justice Hill, RB/WR, Oklahoma State

Justice Hill played running back in college, but would be the ideal slot receiver in Jacksonville. His size is not ideal for the Jaguars power run scheme. He stands 5-10, weighing 198 pounds. However, he is able to run away from defenders with his blazing speed. At the NFL Combine, he ran a 4.4-second 40 yard dash. Hill might be the return specialist that Jacksonville has been seeking for several years.

At Oklahoma State, he rushed for 3,539 yards with 30 touchdowns in three seasons. He caught 49 passes for 304 yards with a touchdown. His playmaking ability should grab the attention of Jacksonville. Physically, he is very similar to Julian Edelman of the New England Patriots. Remember, Edelman played quarterback in college. Hill would be a younger, faster version of Edelman.

Currently, the Jaguars have six receivers on their roster. His size and speed would make him very elusive in the flats or on wheel routes. Speed is a very dangerous weapon if used correctly.

Hill would free Chark and Westbrook from returning kicks. He is an upgrade from Rashad Greene and Jaydon Mickens as a return specialist. As a special teamer, Hill would be an immediate impact player.
