Round 6 – Pick 1: Chuma Edoga, OT, USC; Pick 2: Will Harris, S, Boston College

Chuma Edoga of Southern California goes as the 174th overall selection. The Cardinals continue to stockpile offensive linemen. After last season, you can never have enough linemen ready to play.

Edoga stood 6-3, weighing 308 pounds at the NFL Combine. He has earned a draft grade of 5.65 at NFL.com. He has a chance to become a starter in the league since he graded between 5.5 and 5.99.

Will Harris, of Boston College, is selected in the sixth round as the 179th overall pick. He is projected as a backup or special teams player with a grade of 5.36 from NFL.com. He could surprise and grow into a starting safety position. Harris has good size. He stands 6-1, weighing 207 pounds. He ran a swift 4.41-second 40-yard dash at the NFL Combine. The raw potential is definitely there in Harris.

Realistically, both player will find themselves on the practice squad. One good thing about being on the practice squad is they can grow into their role or practice their way onto the game day roster. You never know how injuries will affect the team through out the season.
