The 2019 NFL Draft is now two weeks away and the New York Jets have not traded away the third overall pick. Here is a seven-round mock draft for gang green.

The 2019 NFL Draft is now officially two weeks away, and after making the trade with the Indianapolis Colts one year ago, the New York Jets sit with just six picks in the upcoming draft. However, after entering free agency with over $100 million in spending money, the Jets were able to fill many voids before the draft.

The Jets added the likes of linebacker C.J. Mosley, running back Le’veon Bell, and wide receiver Jamison Crowder last month, while re-signing defensive lineman Henry Anderson and trading for offensive guard Kelechi Osemele.

However, New York still find themselves in need of a pass rusher, completing their overhaul of their offensive line, and another potential playmaker or two for quarterback Sam Darnold.

The future of the Jets is trending upward, and they hope to maintain that momentum as the draft approaches. New York has serious aspirations of competing while Darnold is still on his rookie contract, and in order to do so, adding a continued infusion of youth and talent to their roster is a must.
