Round 6, Pick 206: Isaiah Prince, OT, Ohio State

Back on the clock in Round 6, the Redskins add more offensive line help with Isaiah Prince out of Ohio State. Prince has taken a lot of criticism for his play, but he has the potential to be a solid right tackle who excels in pass coverage.

Round 7, Pick 227: Porter Gustin, EDGE, USC

Washington has two picks in the final round, the first of which they use on a player with some injury concerns — but a ton of talent. In four seasons with USC, Porter Gustin had 21.5 sacks but only played in 10 games the past two seasons.

He missed time due to a wide array of injuries which included a broken ankle, a biceps injury, and a broken toe. Still, he had 7.5 sacks in six games during 2018 which will likely get him a shot to fight for a spot despite the durability concerns.

Round 7, Pick 253: Andrew Beck, TE, Texas

The second to last pick in the 2019 NFL Draft is owned by Washington and they go after  Texas tight end Andrew Beck with that selection. Beck played in more of an H-Back role, which he could still do in the NFL.

Beck didn’t do a lot in his career as a receiver, finishing with just 39 total receptions. However, he is a solid blocker and could help open things up in the running game in this regard.
