2019 NFL Draft: Final complete 7-round mock draft as Kyler Murray still goes No. 1

20. Pittsburgh Steelers: Greedy Williams, CB, LSU
The cornerback position in the 2019 NFL Draft class isn’t the best that we have seen in recent years, but it seems as though most can agree that Greedy Williams from LSU is the best prospect available.
He has the instincts to play the position and the length to give wide receiver fits. If there is a knock on him though, it’s that he needs to be better in run support, as stated by NFL.com’s Lance Zierlein.
"“Long, athletic cornerback who is more smooth and fluid than twitchy and sudden in his coverage. Williams has the instincts and tools to play a variety of coverages, but his length and pattern-matching talent will likely get him drafted to handle press-man duties. His ball production dropped a little from 2017 and he continued to struggle with finding the ball downfield, but he is rarely ever out of position. He needs to get stronger and more competitive in run support, but he has the talent and traits to become a CB1.” — Zierlein, NFL.com"
For the Steelers, they continue to add to the defensive side of the ball with their top picks. They’ve picked a defender in the opening round every year since 2013 and go that route once again.
Williams should come in and be a starter opposing Joe Haden, who provides him a great mentor to learn from as he adjusts to the NFL game.
