On the eve of the 2019 NFL Draft, here is the fourth and final edition of a complete first-round NFL mock draft as the pre-draft process concludes.

It is finally upon us; the 2019 NFL Draft has arrived and it is guaranteed to be absolute mayhem. Rumors are bouncing off the walls, the Oakland Raiders are dismissing all of their scouts and Rashan Gary scored a nine on his Wonderlic test; it truly is the most wonderful time of the year.

Will Kyler Murray go first overall or has Cardinals’ ownership cooled off on making a splash? How far will Ed Oliver fall in the draft? Is Montez Sweat’s heart a big concern for teams? All of these questions will soon be answered as teams are finalizing their draft boards and preparing for the chaos of Thursday night.

Player visits (and the frequency of which that player visited a team), positional rankings and team needs were all taken into consideration when forming the fourth edition of this NFL mock draft. In what feels like a long pre-draft process, here is this writer’s fourth and final mock draft in preparation for the draft.

It is lying season, and it is now impossible to separate truth from lie. It just so happens it is also the time when bizarre rumors start hitting the airwaves and Twitter-sphere.

Trying not to believe the Kyler Murray-to-the-Cardinals hype for so long, this writer finally gives in and sees Arizona telling Josh Rosen to pack his bags after just one season. With the first overall pick in the 2019 NFL Draft, Murray heads to the desert.

The Heisman Trophy winner in 2018, Murray’s pre-draft process has been a circus and, gladly, it will all come to an end soon. While CBS Sport’s Pete Prisco reported over the weekend the Cardinals’ ownership was pushing the Murray pick to sell tickets and had now backed off, Arizona has gone too far now to turn around and run; the damage has been done and relationships cannot be repaired with Rosen.

If Murray does not go first overall, it would send draft Twitter ablaze and would leave the rest of the NFL shuffling to pick up the pieces. Needing to submit this pick fast before this writer changes his mind, Murray joins new head coach Kliff Kingsbury and becomes the first overall pick in the draft.
