59. Indianapolis Colts: Kelvin Harmon, WR, North Carolina State

What was most impressive about the Indianapolis Colts turnaround from their 1-5 start to winning the AFC South was the way they made it work on offense without much at wide receiver outside of T.Y. Hilton. They did have a career year from tight end Eric Ebron, but they could be even better should they get someone to play out wide and take attention off Hilton.

With that in mind, they pick up Kelvin Harmon here with their third pick in this round. Harmon has prototypical size and put up back-to-back 1,000-yard seasons for the Wolfpack. He will make Andrew Luck’s life that much easier.

60. Los Angeles Chargers: Te’Von Coney, LB, Notre Dame

A strong defense got much stronger when Notre Dame’s Jerry Tillery became their pick at No. 28 overall. He joins a line that already has Joey Bosa and Melvin Ingram. On top of that, they have their top pick from 2018, Derwin James, patrolling the back end of the secondary.

Now, they add someone to the mid-level as they bring in Tillery’s teammate Te’Von Coney. The past two seasons, Coney has been all over the field. He had 116 tackles and three sacks in 2017 and added another 123 and four sacks in 2018.
