69. Jacksonville Jaguars: J.J. Arcega-Whiteside, WR, Stanford

Nick Foles gives Jacksonville immediate credibility, but he can’t fix the offense on his own. Jacksonville needs to get him some pass catchers as well, which leads them to select J.J. Arcega-Whiteside out of Stanford. While with the Cardinals, Arcega-Whiteside improved every season and was good for 1,059 yards and 14 touchdowns this past year.

70. Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Justice Hill, RB, Oklahoma State

The running game for Tampa Bay was hard to watch last season. They still hope Ronald Jones can get things figured out but need to add competition. Justice Hill is considered a rather safe pick but there are concerns about his ability to be a three-down back.

71. Denver Broncos: Jaylon Ferguson, EDGE, Louisiana Tech

Some people are high on Jaylon Ferguson, but others seem to be out on him. His numbers suggest he’s a potential starter at the defensive end position but his testing numbers aren’t ideal. At 71, it doesn’t feel like too much of a gamble.

72. Cincinnati Bengals: Riley Ridley, WR, Georgia

A.J. Green was a product of the University of Georgia and he now gets a protege from his alma mater in Riley Ridley. The younger brother of Calvin Ridley, Riley may have done well for himself to stay one more season with the Bulldogs, but he gets drafted nevertheless.
