41. Denver Broncos: Drew Lock, QB, Missouri

The Denver Broncos slid down from No. 10 to 20 in the first round and it proved to be a good move. Not only did they get plenty in exchange for the pick, but they also still managed to land Noah Fant with the 20th overall pick. His selection gives them a great vertical threat at the tight end position, which is something they haven’t had in years.

Now, they manage to land the player who was mocked to them at No. 10 for much of the offseason in Drew Lock. There’s been no secret made that John Elway likes Lock’s arm and now he has a chance to let him groom behind Joe Flacco — and without the first-round tag, there’s no pressure to rush him.

42. Cincinnati Bengals: Mack Wilson, LB, Alabama

Jonah Williams will help shore up the left tackle spot for the Cincinnati Bengals. The Alabama offensive lineman had a rough outing in his final game but that was just one game out of what was a fantastic career. His addition will allow new head coach Zac Taylor get a better grasp on what Andy Dalton brings to the team as their franchise quarterback — and whether or not he should continue to be the guy.

Having said that, Taylor also helps Dalton by improving the defense here with the selection of Mack Wilson. Last year, the Bengals fell apart on this side of the ball and they begin to rebuild.
