One team that did really well in the draft was the Cincinnati Bengals. In the first round, they had Jonah Williams fall to them and he will end up being their long-term left tackle. They also found a potential starting tight end with Drew Sample out of Washington in the second and a stud linebacker in the third in Germaine Pratt out of North Carolina State.

Their pick following Pratt was another interesting one, as they took Ryan Finley from the same school. The former Wolfpack quarterback is there to put pressure on Andy Dalton, who will have to prove to a new head coach that he’s a better option than the rookie who was hand-picked by Zac Taylor.

Cincinnati also took a shot on Rennell Wren, who has a lot of athleticism, but played out of position at Arizona State. There was also the injury gamble, as they took the incredibly gifted Rodney Anderson late.

The former Oklahoma running back joins former teammate Joe Mixon, who has become the bell cow for the Bengals. Anderson is a great player, but has an extensive list of injuries to worry about.

As for the steal of the draft, that goes to Michael Jordan. A starter at both guard and center at Ohio State, the Bengals moved up in a trade with the Dallas Cowboys to land Jordan. He will be well worth the move.

Jordan has a lot of experience and played well for the Buckeyes. He has the makings of a starter on the interior, the only question will be where he fits best.
