The Green Bay Packers added eight players in the draft. Some guys just got pushed to the roster bubble, but these are the main guys to watch.

The Green Bay Packers wrapped up their 2019 NFL Draft — along with the rest of the league — on Sunday. While some players, such as quarterback DeShone Kizer and the wide receivers, saw their job security go up, there are others that got moved to the roster bubble. There are a number of guys that could be going through their last months as Packer players.

Ultimately, these are the players that could be cut from the final 53-man roster due to financial reasons or they could be cut simply due to better players being on the roster in their spot. Every year there is going to be a cut that doesn’t make a ton of sense. There are also going to be cuts that make sense when you look at the other players on the roster. Those are the guys we’re going to be looking at.

Guys like these have either not developed enough, or they don’t possess the same ceiling of other Packers’ draft picks. At the end of the day, you want players with the most talent possible and you’re going to have to let some guys go to make that happen.

This is a year in which Green Bay can compete in the NFC North and for a Super Bowl. No matter what analysts want to say about this being a growing year, the Packers can compete with anyone with Aaron Rodgers under center. These guys won’t help them do that, so it’s time for them to likely be on their way out. Let’s take a look at that roster bubble.
