Final Grade

To reiterate, calculating the final grade is totaled by averaging out the numerical value attached to each of the picks. The Beckham Jr. trade will be factored in as well, as he acted as their pseudo-first round pick.

1: Beckham Jr. (A+/100)
2. Williams (B+/88)
3. Takitaki (C+/78)
4. Redwine (C/75)
5. Wilson (B/85)
5. Seibert (F/50)
6. Forbes (A-/90)
7. Lewis Jr. (B/85)

Final Grade: B- (81.375)

A few reaches, a few steals in the later round, the Browns finish with a grade of a B- entering their highly anticipated 2019 season. Cleveland must feel confident in the offensive weapons around Mayfield (they should) not to select an entire skill player in the 2019 NFL Draft.

While the Browns drafted a couple of immediate starters, such as Williams and Redwine, guys like Takitaki, Wilson and Forbes will have a year to groom before getting significant playing time right away. As Cleveland sees their cap space continue to dwindle with high caliber players entering contract years on the defensive side of the ball, adding quality depth pieces was much needed.

While this class may not come into fruition for at least a year, at this point the combination of players selected by the Browns warrants a B- grade as a whole.
