This is an extremely crucial upcoming season for Dan Quinn and the Atlanta Falcons, which means they’re counting greatly on these three rookies.

After a disappointing 2019 campaign, and literally no money in the bank for free agency, the Atlanta Falcons focused all their energy on dominating the NFL Draft. As per usual, head coach Dan Quinn and general manager Thomas Dimitroff knew exactly who they wanted: players that fit their system and the “fast and physical” mantra.

In a year where Quinn is definitely under pressure, he’ll be relying on the seven players Atlanta drafted to add depth and contribute in big ways.

In case you’ve forgotten who the Dirty Birds added in April’s draft, here’s a recap below:

Round 1, Pick 14: Christopher Lindstrom (Guard)
Round 1, Pick 31: Kaleb McGary (Tackle)
Round 4, Pick 9: Kendall Sheffield (Cornerback)
Round 4, Pick 33: John Cominsky (Defensive End)
Round 5, Pick 14: Qadree Ollison (Running Back)
Round 5, Pick 34: Jordan Miller (Cornerback)
Round 6, Pick 31: Marcus Green (Return Specialist)

Among those seven newcomers to the Falcons, I believe there are three, specifically, that will have an opportunity to contribute in a large way in 2019. That’s not to say all won’t have roles to play to some degree, but three that stand out among the rest.

Let’s take a look at those players.
