28. Joe Mixon, RB, Cincinnati Bengals

In his second season in the NFL, Joe Mixon started to show off why he was so highly touted, despite having some red flags, coming out of Oklahoma. A second-round pick of the Cincinnati Bengals in 2017, Mixon increased his yardage from 626 as a rookie to 1,168 in year two. He also doubled his touchdown total on the ground (from four to eight) and went from 3.5 yards per carry to 4.9.

29. Xavier Rhodes, CB, Minnesota Vikings

The Minnesota Vikings win thanks in large part due to their defense and Xavier Rhodes has a lot to do with that. The 28-year old rookie doesn’t exactly fill the stat sheet up for the Vikings, but a lot of that has to do with teams avoiding his side of the field.

30. Todd Gurley, RB, Los Angeles Rams

There’s some concern with the Los Angeles Rams in regards to running back Todd Gurley and the health of his knee. That’s a tough pill for them to swallow because so much of their offense runs through No. 30.

Gurley is a dual threat that can beat teams as a runner and receiver and had his best year in 2018 when he ran for 1,251 yards and 17 touchdowns. In addition to the damage he did on the ground, Gurley added another 580 yards and four scores through the air for L.A.
