16. Jared Goff, QB, Los Angeles Rams

After his rookie season, it seemed like Jared Goff may have been a bad pick at No. 1 overall in 2016. Then the Los Angeles Rams moved on from the offensive-challenged Jeff Fisher and hired the offensively-gifted Sean McVay as their head coach. Since then, Goff has become a respected quarterback and led his team to the Super Bowl.

Most of the credit continues to go to McVay, but Goff deserves a lot of praise. He’s come a long way over the past two seasons and throws a great deep ball for one of the more exciting offenses in the NFL.

17. Philip Rivers, QB, Los Angeles Chargers

Part of one of the best quarterback draft classes of all-time, Philip Rivers has been slinging the ball with his awkward throwing motion like a champ since 2004. He just had his sixth season in a row with at least 4,000-yards and looks as though his age isn’t about to stop him.

18. A.J. Green, WR, Cincinnati Bengals

The No. 4 overall pick out of Georgia in 2011, A.J. Green has turned into one of the more consistent receivers in the NFL for the Cincinnati Bengals. Heading into 2019, he has 8,907 yards receiving and 63 touchdowns. Those stats put him behind only Chad Johnson — or Chad Ochocinco, or whatever his name is — for first all-time in Bengals history. As long as new head coach Zac Taylor keeps him around, he should find himself atop that list soon.
