19. Adam Thielen, WR, Minnesota Vikings

The Minnesota Vikings had arguably the best starting receiver duo in the NFL in 2018 and the second member of that team makes our power ranking here as Adam Thielen is the top player to wear No. 19. As good as Diggs was for the Vikings, Thielen was even better.

The veteran receiver finished the year with 1,373 yards and nine touchdowns off 113 catches, which came on the heels of a 91 reception campaign that included 1,276 yards through the air. Thielen is one of the best in the business and seems to get better the more experience he gets.

20. Jalen Ramsey, CB, Jacksonville Jaguars

No. 20 on our list is Jalen Ramsey who is an excellent cornerback for the Jacksonville Jaguars who doubles as a quarterback critic during the season. Ramsey is as good as offering sound bites as he is covering receivers, and hopefully, he never changes.

21. Ezekiel Elliott, RB, Dallas Cowboys

In two of his three seasons in the NFL, Ezekiel Elliott has won the NFL rushing title. His performance on the field has silenced all the critics who picked on the Dallas Cowboys for taking him at No. 4 overall in the 2016 NFL Draft. Zeke is a workhorse who wears defenses down with his powerful running, but can also do plenty of damage as a pass catcher out of the backfield for America’s Team.
