4. Baker Mayfield, QB

Baker Mayfield comes in at No. 4 on the list of Cleveland players in terms of fantasy impact, mainly because streaming quarterbacks based on matchups is a better strategy than holding onto one all season anyway. However, with the Browns’ weak schedule and Mayfield ready to set the league on fire, he may be one of few fantasy quarterbacks to keep a close eye on.

It is no secret to anyone that Mayfield set the record for passing touchdowns by a rookie, and now with a full season, no Hue Jackson and so many weapons around him, he looks to build off of a strong start to his career.

If Mayfield can cut back on the interceptions, then his fantasy value will continue to rise as well.

Most quarterbacks average around 18 to 20 points per game anyway, and it is not hard to find a contributor off the waiver wire with a good matchup on a week-to-week basis anyway, so do not waste an early pick on a quarterback. However, if Mayfield finds himself still on the board by the time the 10th round or later rolls on, swoop him up and prepare to feast on Cleveland’s soft schedule.
