3. Oakland Raiders: Tua Tagovailoa, QB, Alabama

If the Oakland Raiders are picking again in the top five of the 2020 NFL Draft, odds are that Derek Carr is not their guy moving forward. With a supporting cast consisting of Josh Jacobs, Antonio Brown and Tyrell Williams, Alabama trigger man Tua Tagovailoa presents an intriguing option for head coach Jon Gruden moving forward.

The battle between Tua, Oregon’s Justin Herbert and Georgia’s Jake Fromm to capture the slot as the 2020 NFL Draft’s top quarterback has begun. Tagovailoa enters the summer as the odds-on favorite, combining his athletic profile with special arm talent.

4. New York Jets: Chase Young, EDGE, Ohio State

The Jets just passed on a couple of intriguing edge prospects during the 2019 NFL Draft in favor of Alabama defensive tackle Quinnen Williams. They picked up a potential tremendous value in the third round in Florida edge rusher Jachai Polite, but there are plenty of question marks currently with the prospect.

Even if Polite works out, you can never have enough quality pass rushers in today’s NFL. The long absence of now 49er Nick Bosa provided sophomore Chase Young the opportunity to grab the mantle as the premier pass rusher for the Buckeyes. Boasting phenomenal size/length (6-5, 265 pounds) combined with eye-popping bend and playmaking ability, Young projects favorably as a perennial double-digit sack artist at the next level.
