7. Arizona Cardinals: Walker Little, OT, Stanford

With Kyler Murray coming off the board with the first selection in the 2019 NFL Draft, the Arizona Cardinals have hopefully found their franchise trigger man for the foreseeable future. The Cardinals have done a solid job providing options for Murray with the additions of Andy Isabella, Hakeem Butler, KeeSean Johnson and Caleb Wilson to pair with Christian Kirk, Larry Fitzgerald and David Johnson.

The position that was surprisingly absent as a priority from this past draft was help on the offensive line. With upgrades possible everywhere, the Cardinals select the best offensive tackle prospect in next years crop in Stanford left tackle Walker Little. Little combines a great frame with surprisingly quick feet to project favorably as a blindside protector on the NFL level.

8. Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Justin Herbert, QB, Oregon

Like the Oakland Raiders, if the Buccaneers are picking inside the top 10, it is probably time to move on from quarterback Jameis Winston. Oregon quarterback Justin Herbert could have very well been the first quarterback and overall selection in the 2019 NFL Draft if he had chosen to declare.

At 6-6 and 230 pounds with eye-popping athleticism and arm strength, Herbert possesses all the traits desired in a franchise signal-caller. Now going into his second year as the Buccaneers head coach, Bruce Arians gets his franchise signal caller moving into the future.
