With the free agency and the 2019 NFL Draft now wrapped up, we look at all 32 teams and grade the work they put in this offseason improving their rosters

When the offseason begins, all 32 NFL teams in the league have the same goal — to be the last one standing in February as the commissioner passes them the Lombardi Trophy.

Some franchises are closer to this reality than others, but it still remains the ultimate end game for every club. And each offseason, their hope is renewed as every team gets to work trying to fill holes and find more talent to bring them to the next level.

With the majority of the 2019 NFL offseason now behind us, we take a look at how every team has done to this point, in free agency and the draft, and assign a grade based on that work.

Arizona Cardinals

The talk all offseason was about what the Arizona Cardinals were going to do with the No. 1 pick. Head coach Kliff Kingsbury has said in the past he would take Kyler Murray first overall and then had the chance to back that up once he was an NFL head coach.

That’s exactly what he did, but the question about what to do with Josh Rosen then followed. It was unprecedented to see a top-10 quarterback traded the following offseason and the value they got wasn’t ideal.

However, the roster is better now as they added a lot of talent in the draft. Arizona picked up Andy Isabella and Hakeem Butler to give Murray receiving options. On defense, they found two potential starters in Byron Murphy and Zach Allen.

Still, it looked bad to fired a head coach and ship off a quarterback after one season, which left a bit of a black eye on the franchise. While the final results were good, it was messy getting there. Everyone will forget it though if Kingsbury and Murray pan out.
