Indianapolis Colts

There’s a reason Indianapolis Colts general manager Chris Ballard won the 2018 NFL Executive of the Year award. He quickly rebuilt a roster that was in disarray and they were able to win a postseason game, knocking off a divisional rival in the process.

He’s gotten right back to work this offseason, moving around in the draft and picking up extra second-round picks. They did this in 2018, which is where they landed NFL Defensive Rookie of the Year Darius Leonard. This year, they got cornerback Rock Ya-Sin, edge rusher Ben Banogu and wide receiver Parris Campbell.

There’s little doubt those three players will be contributors, especially Campbell who really helps open up the receiving corps. When Ballard took over, T.Y. Hilton was the lone playmaker but now there’s Eric Ebron, an underrated signing last season and Devin Funchess who gives them some size on the outside.

They’re in line to compete in the AFC South again and with a fully healthy Andrew Luck, and a quickly improving defense, it wouldn’t be surprising to see them pull that off.
