NFC East

Dallas CowboysConnor McGovern, G, Penn State

Connor McGovern was one of the better offensive linemen in the Big Ten over the last couple of seasons and one of the most athletic players at his position in the draft. He spent the last two years opening holes for Saquan Barkley and Miles Sanders. Now he’ll provide depth to one of the better offensive line units in the league. Incredible value as a late third-rounder.

New York GiantsJulian Love, CB, Notre Dame

Julian Love is a guy with first-round talent as a lockdown corner. He rarely gets beat and excels as a tackler. His size — which was never a concern against bigger receivers in college — is why he fell to the fourth round.

Philadelphia EaglesJ.J. Arcega-Whiteside, WR, Stanford

J.J. Arcega-Whiteside is about as polished and complete of a prospect at the position as there was in this draft. With his playing style, size and athleticism, his ceiling is a combination of Hines Ward and Jordy Nelson. He would have been a first-rounder in a lot of recent drafts, but Philadelphia landed him late in the second.

Washington RedskinsKelvin Harmon, WR, NC State

Kelvin Harmon is one of the biggest, strongest red-zone threats at his position in the 2019 class. A lot of experts had him as one of the three best receivers available. Somehow, he fell to the sixth round, putting him in the conversation for the overall best value of the 2019 NFL Draft.
