NFC North

Chicago BearsRiley Ridley, WR, Georgia

The Bears continue to add offensive weapons around Mitch Trubisky. Ridley is a polished and consistent receiver who has the look of a long-time starter in the NFL. He was a no-brainer of a pick as a fourth-rounder.

Detroit LionsAmani Oruwariye, CB, Penn State

Matt Patricia knows that having elite defensive play relies heavily on the ability of a team’s cornerbacks. He had to be ecstatic when one of the top five players at the position fell to him in the fifth round. Amani Oruwrariye is a big corner who can step in right away and cover the opponent’s No. 1 receiver without being a liability.

Green Bay PackersDexter Williams, RB, Notre Dame

The Packers have been looking for a consistent playmaker at running back for a while now. Dexter Williams has the ability to take it to the house every time he touches the ball. How he fell to the sixth round in a relatively weak running back class is a mystery.

Minnesota VikingsCameron Smith, LB, USC

Smith had a phenomenal start to his college career, only to see it slowed by injury. He recovered and finished as one of the better linebackers in the Pac-12 in recent memory. He’s a leader on and off the field and does nothing but improve Minnesota as an organization. He’s about as solid of a pick as you can hope for in the fifth round.
