Even though the Arizona Cardinals are a long shot at the moment to win Super Bowl 54, here are three ways it could actually happen.

When looking at the way things went during the 2018 season after finishing with the worst record in the NFL, the Arizona Cardinals are absolute long shots at the moment to win Super Bowl 54, especially when seeing how the team matches up with other top contenders. However, one of the best things about the NFL is how anything seems possible, no matter how crazy it sounds.

So while the Cardinals going down to Miami to win Super Bowl LIV doesn’t sound like the most realistic thing at the moment, it could certainly happen if a few key things happen to go their way from now until February.

Time will tell when it comes to seeing if moving on from Steve Wilks after only one season to replace the former head coach with Kliff Kingsbury was the right move.

Not to mention, the same can be said on offense after Arizona decided to trade Josh Rosen to the Miami Dolphins after only one season so they could use the top overall pick on Kyler Murray.

Taking factors like these into consideration would make it seem like the Cardinals need at least another year or two before they could even become part of the contending conversation.

But when looking at some of the surprise teams over the years that turned out to be serious contenders, maybe Arizona would be able to do the same during the 2019 season to make the NFC West a little more interesting.
