To say that Andrew Luck was born to play quarterback would be an understatement, as the son of Oliver Luck has been one of the more famous signal-callers in the country since his high school days.

After completing over 70 percent of his passes in his final two seasons at Stanford, Luck was picked No. 1 overall by the Indianapolis Colts, who quickly inserted him as their starting quarterback.

It did not take Luck long to make a name for himself at the NFL level, as he was named to the Pro Bowl as a rookie in 2012. In fact, Luck would make it to three straight Pro Bowls to start his NFL career, establishing himself as one of the best in the game after taking over for Peyton Manning in Indianapolis.

However, since the 2014 NFL season came to a close, Luck has had to battle through a ton of injuries. They have derailed his career to an extent. Luck had to sit out nearly half of the 2015 season due to a lacerated kidney and a partially torn abdominal muscle, but returned in 2016 to throw for over 4,200 yards and 31 touchdowns.

Unfortunately, Luck would have surgery on his throwing shoulder after the 2016 season. This would force him to sit out the entire 2017 campaign.

Luck returned in a big way in 2018, leading the Colts back to the AFC Playoffs, earning NFL Comeback Player of the Year honors, while reaffirming his place as one of the best in the game. If he can stay healthy the rest of the way, he certainly has Hall of Fame talent.
