The Atlanta Falcons hope to bounce back in 2019 and potentially earn a trip to Super Bowl 54 in Miami. Here’s how they can do it.
After earning trips to the playoffs in each of the previous two seasons, the Atlanta Falcons were rightfully considered one of the strong favorites early on in 2018 to make a run at the Super Bowl before going on to win just seven games.
From dealing with injuries to the defense taking a bit of a step back, there were plenty of reasons behind the Falcons coming up short of their goal last season, but on a positive note, at least early signs point to the team bouncing back in 2019.
Once again from a talent perspective, most teams would love to be in the position that Atlanta finds themselves in, and the pressure will be on to return to a level of being a serious contender, or changes could be coming next offseason.
Luckily for the Falcons, the team has plenty of reasons to feel confident in their chances, but also that’s always easier said than done, as a few key things will need to happen in order to put the team in a better position.
Before football fans know it, the start of training camp will be here, and it will be fun to see if teams like Atlanta does, in fact, have what it takes to live up to the hype.
