2. Ingram handles pressure of new workload

Believe it or not, the offense of the Ravens actually made a major impact during the 2018 season thanks to having a strong rushing attack, with Jackson even playing a big role by showing off his explosiveness as a runner.

Of course, this success in the ground game by Baltimore never would have been able to happen if Jackson didn’t have a strong supporting cast in the backfield as well.

And now that Mark Ingram is officially part of the picture, the Ravens hope this benefits Jackson even more under center since it should take a ton of pressure off the quarterback.

One can only imagine how difficult Ingram was to leave the Saints at first, but at least he finds himself in a great situation by joining another strong contender in the Ravens.

Similar to his situation in New Orleans, Ingram will most likely end up sharing a good amount of carries with some of the other Baltimore running backs, although the one thing that is different is how he will be the clear No. 1 running back.

Knowing Ingram, the former Alabama star should be able to handle this new responsibility while making sure the ground game for the Ravens remains in great shape during the process.
