5. Zack Martin – OG

Zack Martin’s emergence as one of the best interior offensive lineman in the NFL happened almost immediately after his arrival to the Cowboys. After Dallas selected him in the first round of the 2014 NFL Draft, all Martin did as a rookie was start 16 games as the team’s starting right guard, earn a trip to the Pro Bowl and get selected to the All-Pro First-Team.

Martin has truly been one of the best offensive guards in the league since was drafted in 2014. His play has earned him a total of three First-Team All-Pro selections in five seasons and he has yet to end a year without an invite to the Pro Bowl.

Martin has also been one of the most reliable members of the Cowboys’ offensive line since the team added him five seasons ago. During his career with Dallas, he has managed to appear in 78 of a possible 80 games.

Unsurprisingly, the Cowboys rewarded Martin last summer for his outstanding play with a nice six-year contract extension worth $84 million. Based on how his first five seasons have turned out, that likely won’t be the last big contract he sees come his way during his NFL career.
