22. Miami Dolphins (21)

This offseason, the Miami Dolphins added a former AFC East foe to their staff as they chose Brian Flores as their new head coach. He takes over for Adam Gase, who quickly lost the locker room after alienating star players at an alarming rate.

While he should be received better than Gase — who wouldn’t be — there’s a lot of work to be done. The first order was to find a quarterback they can trust. Originally, it was Ryan Fitzpatrick who has had plenty of good moments under center. He’s also had more than enough disasters as a starter.

Wisely, the Dolphins aren’t going into the year with just him as their quarterback. They wound up landing Josh Rosen in a trade with the Cardinals, which gives them a young option as well. As of now, it looks as though Rosen is behind Fitzpatrick, which isn’t ideal but they could do worse.

Miami does have a decent roster but they’ll need to put it all together. Defensively, they made a good move landing Christian Wilkins in the draft and their secondary is starting to look good as well, especially at safety. They may not be great in 2019, but they’re on the right path.
