10. Cleveland Browns (15)

No team made more noise over the past two offseasons than the Cleveland Browns have. Led by general manager John Dorsey, they’ve turned over the majority of the roster and have new starters all over the roster. Heading into this season, they have second-year quarterback Baker Mayfield ready to take the next step as the leader of the team.

He won’t be alone either, as the Browns added Odell Beckham, Jr. in a blockbuster offseason trade. He joins best friend Jarvis Landry as Cleveland now boasts one of the best receiving corps in the NFL — especially when you throw in Antonio Callaway, Rashard Higgins and tight end David Njoku who also is a beast in the passing game when he gets rolling.

Dorsey also addressed their defensive woes as he brought in Sheldon Richardson and Olivier Vernon to beef up the defensive line. Then in the draft, he lucked into Greedy Williams who should have been a first-round pick. Starting him next to Denzel Ward, who made the Pro Bowl as a rookie in 2018, gives the Browns a strong secondary as well.

The question mark will be head coach Freddie Kitchens. He’s a rookie with only half a season’s worth of experience as a coordinator, but the good news is he has the respect of Mayfield. That should help him win the team over, but they have to win games for that to remain the case.
