26. Buffalo Bills (27)

With their top pick in 2018, the Buffalo Bills took a shot on Wyoming quarterback Josh Allen. He’s known for his cannon of an arm and can sling the ball 70-yards with the flick of the wrist. The problem is, his accuracy is wild. There are times he’s spot on, and times where he misses the mark by a mile.

Even with his issues, he has in the accuracy department, there’s plenty to like about Allen. He gives his team everything he has and even proved to be a dangerous weapon with his legs as a rookie finishing with 631 yards rushing and eight touchdowns.

The Bills tried to add more help for Allen during the offseason, bringing in John Brown and Cole Beasley to play receiver. Those two join Buffalo, which gives them the most No. 2 wideouts in the NFL. They also have the oldest running back room with LeSean McCoy and Frank Gore in the same backfield.

Their one saving grace will be their defense. Already strong on that side, the Bills landed Houston’s Ed Oliver in the draft at No. 9 overall. The talented pass rusher will help the front line but overall the team hasn’t done enough to contend in 2019.
