6. Best NFL quarterbacks of all time: Otto Graham
The best quarterback to ever play for the Cleveland Browns was hands down Otto Graham. Originally part of the AAFC, the Browns were a powerhouse that won every year in that league. They then joined the NFL and did the same thing.
After playing for the team during all four of their AAFC title, Graham was under center for three more championships in the NFL. A five-time Pro Bowl selection, he played his best when the titles were on the line according to Dan Justik of Dawg Pound Daily.
"“In those ten championship games, Graham led the Browns to seven victories, including three NFL Championships. Some of Graham’s best games came in the championship games, including leading the Browns back from eight points down in the fourth quarter to win the 1950 NFL Championship.” — Justik, Dawg Pound Daily"
During his tenure, Cleveland went to 10 consecutive championship games, winning seven of those. While the league had fewer teams in those days, this is still a remarkable feat for any team.
In addition to all his championships, Graham was named MVP five times, three of which came in the NFL and two in the AAFC. He was one of the original stars of the game and still comes in very high on the list of best quarterbacks of all-time.
