The Minnesota Vikings disappointed almost everyone in 2018. Their roster is loaded with talent once again in 2019.

When the Minnesota Vikings arrive at training camp in a couple of weeks, they have one goal in mind: Win the Super Bowl. Luckily for them, their roster oozes with talent. Kirk Cousins is coming off a disappointing season but has another summer to build chemistry. Dalvin Cook hopes to have a healthy season. Stefon Diggs and Adam Thielen make up the best receiving duo in the NFL. And of course, the defense is among the best in the entire league.

Lofty expectations last season appeared to be too much to handle. A brutal Week 3 loss to the Buffalo Bills derailed the rest of the season. Minnesota finished the year with an 8-7-1 record and missed the playoffs.

The Vikings revamped the offensive line and the running game in the 2019 offseason. Their defense returns all but one starter from the end of last season as Sheldon Richardson left for the Cleveland Browns. Andrew Sendejo started at the beginning of the 2018 season before missing time due to injuries. Anthony Harris takes over as the starting safety as Sendejo embarks on his new career with the Philadelphia Eagles.

With all of the talent spread across the roster, expectations should be high again this season. The offense can put up a ton of points in a hurry. Defensively, Minnesota can limit their opponents. The only real concern with the 2019 season is the schedule, but that’s a story for another time. The upcoming campaign brings hope back to the land of 10,000 lakes. Team aspirations are high, but what about individual recognition?

These are the predictions for individual awards for the 2019 Minnesota Vikings.
