Here are three ways the Cincinnati Bengals can bounce back in 2019 to compete to become Super Bowl LIV champions.

Between missing out on the playoffs in each of the last three seasons on top of a career 0-7 playoff record, it was long overdue for the Cincinnati Bengals to move on from Marvin Lewis this offseason.

Claiming the Bengals have a legitimate chance to make a run at Super Bowl LIV may sound like a long shot at the moment, but depending on a few factors, football fans will be the first to say that anything is possible when it comes to the NFL.

Right away, it wasn’t too long ago in which Cincinnati was considered one of the top contenders in the league on a consistent basis after five playoff appearance in a row from 2011-15.

Even if the Bengals came up short of winning a single playoff game each season, and the argument can be made they would have been more of a threat with better coaching, this alone is the perfect example of close this team is to becoming a contender again.

Of course, that’s always easier said than done for a team like Cincinnati since the first year playing under a new head coach like Zac Taylor could always result in dealing with some adjustments, although there is plenty of excitement surrounding the team.

Time will tell when it comes to seeing how things play out for the Bengals in 2019, but to have a little fun, here are three ways in which Cincinnati can pull of a major surprise this upcoming season by winning Super Bowl LIV.
