2. No issues with Beckham, Landry playing together

Expectations were already high for the Browns this offseason after seeing the kind of year put together in 2018, but when the team acquired Beckham from the Giants, the expectations reached new levels.

Football fans can say whatever they want about how much of a headache Beckham can be from his time with New York, but the talent alone is easily worth the risk.

With Beckham joining a Browns’ offense that already consisted of one of the league’s most talented receivers in Jarvis Landry, one can only imagine the kind of numbers Mayfield could put up during his sophomore NFL campaign.

But also, as mentioned before, there are no guarantees when it comes to the NFL, and just because this duo looks dangerous on paper doesn’t necessarily guarantee it’s going to be a success in Cleveland.

Beckham and Landry can say all of the right things, but until they actually step foot on the field to show there won’t be any issues over fewer targets or even dropped passes, the concerns are going to be there surrounding the Browns.

So hopefully throughout training camp and preseason, Beckham and Landry eliminate most of the concerns surrounding these issues so they can play at a high level when it matters the most come September.
