Almost every NFL team and their players are reporting to training camp and fans and analyst only have to wait a couple more weeks before they finally can enjoy full-blown games of the 2019 NFL season for the next seven months. The NFL offseason, however, was nothing short of a reality TV series.

Trade demands, team drama, big free agent moves, contract disputes and plenty more colored the past few months. Some players are still currently holding out from their team’s training camp, seeking new contracts. These next few weeks of camp are going to be something to watch.

Outside of the drama, the NFL has always been a quarterback-driven league. Today, that sentiment is even more relevant and prevalent than ever before. The NFL has transformed into a pass-heavy league, which requires every team to have a decent quarterback at the least if they want their team to see any kind of success during a season.

If a team doesn’t have a capable quarterback, they more than likely won’t be as competitive as they would like throughout the season.
