Tennessee Titans – S Amani Hooker

It’s difficult to comprehend how teams gifted the Titans with Amani Hooker in the fourth round. Head coach Mike Vrabel plans to use Hooker in a variety of ways. His usage rate is predicated on his ability to play multiple positions. Hooker can plan coverage against tight ends, running backs and big slot receivers. The Titans implemented three-safety sets in their defense where Hooker is a natural fit as a strong safety.

Hooker’s greatest trait is his ability to recognize routes and taking aggressive angles. This will allow him to make plays in the passing and running game. He’s a versatile chess piece who’ll impact the Titans defense right away.

Washington Redskins – WR Kelvin Harmon

Kelvin Harmon and the Washington Redskins are a match made in heaven. Head coach Jay Gruden runs a west coast, timing offense; Harmon is a west-coast timing receiver. The 6-2, 220-pound receiver comes in polished with a tenacious attitude and dominant run blocker.

He’s a good route-runner who understands coverages. At the line of scrimmage, he’s physical against the press and does a great job stacking defensive backs. He has a sudden step at the top of his routes and wins savviness.

Harmon comes in an immediate target on third downs. Additionally, he’s great when the ball is in the air making him an easy red zone target. Harmon can end up being the focal point of the Redskins passing offense in his rookie season.
