24. Jacksonville Jaguars (21)

After nine seasons of finishing without a winning record, the Jacksonville Jaguars were the surprise team of the 2017 season. In Doug Marrone’s first year as the head coach, they reeled off 10 wins and won the AFC South in the process. More impressively, they then knocked off the Buffalo Bills 10-3 before shocking everyone with a 45-42 win over the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Jacksonville then nearly made it to the Super Bowl but ended up losing 24-20 to the New England Patriots. They then re-signed quarterback Blake Bortles thinking he had finally turned a corner — but that wasn’t the case. The Jags wound up winning just five games and that led to them going after Nick Foles in the offseason while releasing Bortles.

Foles should give them quite the upgrade but don’t look good behind him as rookie sixth-round pick Gardner Minshew looks to be the primary backup. Minshew got the start in this one and it wasn’t pretty as he had just 46 yards passing. Overall, the Jags finished with just 44 yards passing and had two picks.

Their running game wasn’t much better as they had 68 yards and no touchdowns in the 29-0 shutout against the Baltimore Ravens. There will be a lot of pressure on the shoulders of Nick Foles if this game was any indication.
