NFL Power Rankings 2019: Raiders have helmet issues, Browns hype grows

16. Baltimore Ravens (16)
After taking Lamar Jackson in the first round last season, the Baltimore Ravens showed they were finally ready to move on from Joe Flacco, their former Super Bowl-winning quarterback. Flacco remained the starter until an injury opened the door for Jackson to take over and he never gave the job back.
Following a 6-1 mark in his rookie year, Jackson enters this season as the clear-cut team leader. Known for his ability to take off and run, the former Heisman Trophy winner spent this offseason working on staying in the pocket and played well in his first action this year as he led the Ravens on two scoring drives even though he never took off and ran.
Jackson sat with the team up 10-0 and they kept pouring it on, finishing with a 29-0 win over the Jacksonville Jaguars. The offense, though, isn’t what concerns anyone about Baltimore this season. Instead, the defense has some questions for a change.
Baltimore saw some big names leave this year in free agency as C.J. Mosely, Za’Darius Smith, and Terrell Suggs all found new homes. They did land Earl Thomas but it will be hard to replace some of the production that they saw walk out the door.
