10. Cleveland Browns (13)

What a showing by the Cleveland Browns starters — even without Jarvis Landry and Odell Beckham, Jr. Rookie head coach Freddie Kitchens wanted to see them run a no-huddle two-minute offense to try and put points on the board in a hurry, which is exactly what he got.

Baker Mayfield and the offense started out deep in their own territory due to a special teams penalty but were unbothered by the long field. Instead, they just marched right down for a 24-yard touchdown reception from Rashard Higgins. Their first-team defense looked impressive as well, even if not everyone was out there. The star was clearly Myles Garrett, who looked completely unblockable.

As good as the starters were, the Browns answered some questions regarding their depth as the reserves took over the game. The star of the night was Mack Wilson, the fifth-round rookie who had two interceptions and returned his first for a touchdown. They also saw a great performance out of defensive tackle Devaroe Lawrence who was constantly pushing his way into the offensive backfield.

The biggest concern has to be their offensive line, which doesn’t have much star power. They were solid in the final eight games of the 2018 season and as long as they continue that, this team will be good in 2019. If not, it could be their Achilles heel.
