26. Buffalo Bills (27)

While the team itself is in a small market, the Buffalo Bills suddenly have one of the more polarizing figures at quarterback in the league with Josh Allen. Drafted in the first round out of Wyoming last year, Allen has one of the strongest arms in the game but he can be wildly inaccurate at times.

He still has a lot about his game to like, including great mobility that was on display throughout the season in 2018. He was back on the field this week for two drives and showed some flashes. He left the game with no points, but that was due to a missed field goal.

His stat line wasn’t great, but the main thing is, Allen showed some progress, as stated by Buffalo sports anchor Jon Scott, who says there was really only one bad miss from Allen — which is the one his haters will truly remember.

Buffalo still boasts an underrated defense and they may be asked to carry this team once again. They do have a shot of getting wins based on them, and their running back trio of LeSean McCoy, Frank Gore, and T.J. Yeldon, but do need someone to step up as a wideout.
