Dolphins vs. Buccaneers, NFL Preseason Week 2: How to watch
Jameis Winston and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers welcome Josh Rosen and the Miami Dolphins in Week 2 of the NFL preseason. Here’s all you need to watch.
Big changes have occurred for the Miami Dolphins and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers alike as they enter the 2019 season. For the Fins, they hit reset at head coach and quarterback, bringing in Brian Flores and Josh Rosen. Meanwhile, the Bucs also started anew on the sidelines, giving Bruce Arians the reins. After a week of joint practices, these two teams face off in Week 2 of the preseason.
Rosen made his debut for the Dolphins last week and, though his start was rough, he looked more comfortable as the game wore on and really settled in nicely. While Miami still has plenty to figure out about Kalen Ballage, Charles Harris and the defense, and beyond, it seems that Rosen and veteran Ryan Fitzpatrick offer some new life at quarterback.
Then you have the Buccaneers and Jameis Winston, who is entering the final year of his rookie contract. He has a ton to prove as a result but he has the weapons to help him with O.J. Howard, Mike Evans and breakout candidate Chris Godwin. Having Arians won’t hurt either, while Todd Bowles takes over the defense that should be better with a new coordinator and some new life brought by Ndamukong Suh.
This matchup between Florida teams can be seen in local markets on local cable networks. For out-of-market fans to watch, though, they can tune into NFL Game Pass or FuboTV, both of which require a paid subscription. The good news is that both services are offering a 7-day free trial for new subscribers, so take advantage of that.
