32. Arizona Cardinals (29)

After looking solid for the most part in his preseason debut, Kyler Murray took a bit of a step back during his second game with the Arizona Cardinals during their loss to the Oakland Raiders.

Like most rookies, Murray clearly still has a long way to go from a developmental perspective, and the rookie quarterback could use all of the extra playing time possible during these final two weeks since the pressure will be on even more in a few weeks.

By only completing 3 of 8 passes for 12 yards against the Raiders while getting sacked twice, this is the perfect example of just how far Murray is from being on the playing level the Cardinals need him to be in order to compete in the NFC.

On a positive note, at least Arizona saw plenty of great production from other members on offense with receivers in Andy Isabella (59-yard touchdown) and Trent Sherfield (40-yard touchdown) each coming through with big scores.

Depending on how things play out over the next few weeks, it will be interesting to see if this kind of play results in Isabella or Sherfield earning significant roles for the upcoming season.

It won’t be easy since there are plenty of other receivers competing for roster spots, but at least this game against the Raiders gave both Isabella and Sherfield a strong case for themselves.
