Following the Oakland Raiders’ 22-21 victory over the Green Bay Packers, we’ll take a look at how the 53-man depth chart may look at the moment.

After the all-important third preseason game, we can speculate as to who stays and which players won’t make the cut August 31st. The Oakland Raiders played in a unique setting in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada, on an 80-yard field with no kickoffs. Yet, a few performances stood out and may factor into the final depth chart standing.

Since most of the starters around the league watch from the sidelines during the preseason finale, the first three weeks provide some substance to player development in addition to training camp.

Because the Raiders didn’t dress or left a majority of their first-stringers home, it’s much harder to decipher what the third exhibition meant for those who didn’t play.

After the game, Gruden refused to answer questions about how many players he’d keep at certain positions, leaving the door open for three quarterbacks to make the roster and possibly five rookie undrafted free agents. We may see several players battling for roster spots in the last preseason contest with the Seattle Seahawks.

The 53-man projection below indicates what the coaches may do based on how this regime handled the depth chart last offseason, preseason performances this year and reports from camp.

Guard Richie Incognito‘s two-game suspension and fellow interior offensive lineman Gabe Jackson‘s MCL injury have been taken into account. However, neither would count toward the 53-man roster while serving a temporary ban, on injured reserve or the physically unable to perform list. Once they return, the front office will waive or release players to make room.

Who’s in and who’s out?
